These General Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online marketplace and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (collectively, "Service") provided by Lasse Tramann ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18Â years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. We may verify your identity and request additional information. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.
We provide a neutral possibility that enables users to list, sell and purchase goods. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not own or inspect goods listed by users and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality or quality of goods or listings. As an intermediary we have no control over and do not guarantee the existence, safety or legality of items; we also cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction.
If you list items for sale, you must ensure that the descriptions, prices and other information are accurate, not misleading and comply with applicable law. You must indicate whether you act as a trader or as a private individual and comply with consumer protection rules, including providing clear price information, shipping costs, delivery time and a 14‑day right of withdrawal under EU law. In Turkey, you must verify that products meet safety standards and remove unsafe goods upon request and annually update your registration information. Sellers are solely responsible for fulfilling orders and handling returns. You agree not to list prohibited items (e.g., weapons, counterfeit goods, controlled substances).
Buyers are responsible for reading the full listing before committing to purchase and for providing accurate payment and delivery information. You acknowledge that the contract for sale is between you and the seller and that we do not transfer legal ownership of items. Some jurisdictions grant consumers a statutory right of withdrawal (e.g., within the EU you may cancel an online purchase within 14Â days). Buyers must return items in accordance with the seller's instructions and applicable law; in Turkey, return shipping costs cannot be charged when using the carrier designated by the seller.
We may charge sellers and buyers fees for use of the Service. Fees and billing terms will be disclosed before they apply. We use third‑party payment service providers; your use of payment services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or chargebacks. We may withhold or delay payments to comply with legal obligations, respond to disputes or enforce our policies.
You may upload content (e.g., product images, descriptions, data) and communicate with other users. By uploading or posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, modify and display that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content and that it does not violate any law or third‑party rights. We may remove or disable content at any time.

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes verifying seller identities, monitoring listings for compliance with law and removing unlawful content. You acknowledge and agree that we may use your data to operate the marketplace, fulfil legal obligations and protect our legitimate interests, and that we may transfer data internationally in accordance with applicable law.
The Service and all associated software, logos, trademarks and content are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any content. Under U.S. law, we are not liable for content provided by users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to liability or (b) one hundred euros. Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, directors and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, remove listings or content and take technical or legal steps to prevent you from using the Service if we believe you are creating problems, pose a risk of legal liability, violate these Terms, our policies, or the law, or if we need to protect the personal safety or property of our users or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
If you reside in the United States, these Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and federal law, excluding its conflict‑of‑law rules, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there. If you reside in Germany, these Terms are governed by German law and disputes will be resolved by the courts of Kiel. If you reside in Spain, France or Turkey, the respective national law and courts apply. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes (for example, by posting a notice on our site). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
