BUILDING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 0: OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend building a four-wheeled vehicle and driving the two rear wheels. We also recommend using M16 axles to increase stability (if you want to use M8 axles, consider using the corresponding translators).Every project and structure is different, therefore we can unfortunately only provide general information here. If you should need help, don't hesitate to CONTACT US : )
STEP 1: PREPARATIONS AND SOURCING
Make sure, that you have a 3D-printer (if you shouldn't have one, maybe ask a friend (if you shouldn't have one, maybe try to make some friends) or visit our TRAMANN SHOP).If you haven't already, please take a look at the requiered PARTS, scroll down to ADDITIONAL PARTS and buy them. If you shouldn't be able to get something from that list, again try friends or visit our TRAMANN SHOP.
STEP 2: PRINTING PARTS
Please print the following PARTS.>> DOWNLOAD STL-MODEL OF THE POWERTRAIN MAIN HOLDER (you will need it twice)
>> DOWNLOAD STL-MODEL OF THE WHEEL 300 (you will need it eight times, two halves per whole wheel)
STEP 3: ASSEMBLING
Please assemble the printed parts by attaching two wheel halves with M8 screws, clamping the rubber between them und repeat this step four times for your four wheels. Connect two of the wheels to the steering of the front axle of your vehicle through the bearings. The other two wheels are also attached with bearrings, but this time to the rear axle that passes through the powertrain main holders which then are connected with your structure. Also connect the motors, the drive gears, the brakes and the brake disks.STEP 4: FINISHING
Congratulations! You made it, your TMS should now be moving your vehicle! We are very proud of your accomplishment! If you are having questions, feedback, ideas, need for support, suggestions, something else?
