CHANNEL CONVERTER EXTERIOR COVER PLATE EXTERIOR PROTECTIVE FILTER FILTER HOLDER DUO FILTER HOLDER MONO GRILLE HOLDER INTERIOR COVER PLATE SEPARATOR BACKCHAMBER PART 1 SEPARATOR BACKCHAMBER PART 2 SEPARATOR BACKCHAMBER PART 3 SEPARATOR PRECHAMBERSEPARATOR BACKCHAMBER PART 1
The separator backchamber consists of three parts and needs to be installed on both sides of the outer tube of heat exchanger. If you are using several segments of heat exchangers you need accordingly more separator backchambers too.The heat exchanger works on the counterflow mechanism. The inner channel flows through the straws and the outer channel flow around them, interchanging their temperatures on the way inside or outside.
First of all, you put two times part 1 on the two sides of the outer tube and one time part 2 on one side. Now you connect the two sides with the threaded rod and fixate it with the two nuts on both sides. After that you put the 99 straws inside, using the side not blocked by part 1 yet. Then you can block the other side with part 2 too, so the straws do not fall out again. After you have pushed the current construction through the wall of your building, you attach two times part 3 on the two sides to connect the outer airflow to for example a separator prechamber, another separator backchamber or a channel converter.
